Our aim is to offer a Return Policy that is clear, convenient, and flexible to your needs. If you need to return it, we will make it right or refund you 100% of your purchase price.
How Returns Work
✨ New Condition
Within 30 Days: To receive a full refund, simply return the item in "New condition" within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
After 30 Days: If you need to return an unused item after 30 days, Please contact us, we may require a photos. We do our best to accommodate our customers requests. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
🐴 Used Items
Used the saddle pad and it didn't work out?
We will still accept your used return, minus a 20% restocking fee deducted from your purchase price. For used items, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
🛡️ Warranty & Defects
We cover all purchases for one year against defects in workmanship.
If there is a material defect, we pay for the return shipping. You can choose between a store credit, exchange, or a full refund.
Things to Keep in Mind
Please review this checklist before sending your package:
- Fit Check: If testing a saddle pad or blanket, please put a towel or old sheet between the pad and the horse. Do not ride with it. Once ridden in, it cannot be returned for a full refund.
- Refund Method: We can only refund money back to the original credit card or payment method used.
- Documentation: Please include a copy of your order OR a paper with your Order Number and Contact Info inside the box. We receive many anonymous packages—don't let yours be one of them!
- Carriers: We accept deliveries from UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
