Eligible consumer purchases made directly on Southwestern Equine's website earn 5 points per $1 of merchandise spending after discounts and refunds, worth 5% back in discount value. Purchase calculations round down to whole points. Shipping, tax, tips, gift card purchases, wholesale, marketplace orders, canceled orders, test orders, and fraudulent orders do not earn points.

You can earn on eligible merchandise paid for with a purchased gift card. Guest purchases count when linked to your Shopify customer record.

Purchase points become available 30 days after the relevant items ship. Split shipments release separately. Open returns and disputes can hold affected points. Your account shows release dates when available.

For dollar rewards, 100 points = $1 in discount value. Choose 500 points for $5 off, 1,000 points for $10 off, or 2,500 points for $25 off. You can also exchange 1,000 points for one free 10-inch boot-hooks set. This is a separate choice from the $10 discount. Other points stay in your account.

Dollar rewards can cover up to 50% of eligible merchandise. A $5 reward needs $10 of eligible merchandise, $10 needs $20, and $25 needs $50.

The boot-hooks reward covers one 10-inch set in full, subject to availability. You may redeem it alone or add it to another order. No additional merchandise purchase is required. Normal shipping applies, and checkout determines any free-shipping threshold. The reward does not include shipping or the 14-inch size.

One personal reward code at a time, for one completed use. Rewards do not reduce shipping. Free shipping may combine, but other product and order discounts do not.

Your earned points do not expire under these program rules. A personal code lasts 90 days. After we confirm an expired code was unused, its reserved points return to your account. Code expiry does not erase the underlying points.

Canceled orders earn no purchase points. Canceling an order removes its pending or available purchase points. Refunds reduce the points earned on the refunded merchandise. If you have already used those points, future earnings cover the adjustment and new redemptions pause while the points balance is negative. We never charge your payment card to recover points.

If a returned item was purchased with a reward, we restore the points allocated to that item after reconciling the refund. Your account history records adjustments. Contact us about an exchange if your points need checking.

No. Rewards and email subscriptions are separate. Sign in with the email you use for SWE orders to see your balance. An email subscription is not required to earn or use points.

We are reviewing eligible past purchases for opening rewards. Any issued opening credit appears in your account history.

No. SWE Rewards points can be exchanged for personal dollar discounts or an offered product reward. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or exchanged for a gift card. Your account shows whole points and their dollar-reward value, with 100 points worth $1 toward a dollar discount.
